The Arista Place is an Asian tropical-themed mid-rise condominium community project by the DMCI Homes, which is located in Sto. Nino, Parañaque. It is composed of eleven 6-story buildings in a 4.5-hectare of land in which 1 hectare is allotted for leisure and recreational amenities for every resident of all ages. The Arista Place has a total of 1,299 residential units. All condominium buildings are composed of six levels of residential units and a basement parking. The condominium buildings are named as follows: the Grande, the Apex, the Vincere, the Alta, the Magnus, the Alpha, the Optima, the Ultima, the Palmaris, the Melhor, and the Prima. Each of the Optima and the Ultima buildings also has one level of podium parking aside from the basement parking.
Units available are two-bedroom units in bare, semi-furnished, or fully-furnished type. Two-bedroom end units with balconies have an approximate gross floor area of 68.40 square meters to 72.00 square meters. Each has a living and dining area, kitchen, toilet and bath, two bedrooms, two balconies and a service area. Two-bedroom units with balconies, with approximate floor areas of 76.50 square meters to 78.50 square meters, feature a living and dining room, a kitchen, a master bedroom with its own balcony and toilet and bath, another bedroom, one common toilet and bath, another balcony which can be accessed from the living and dining area, and a service area.
There are also two-bedroom end units with an approximate gross floor area of 53.00 square meters to 58.00 square meters. It typically has a living and dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a common toilet and bath, a balcony, and a service area. Two-bedroom inner units, on the other hand, are available in an approximate gross floor area of 59.00 square meters to 64.00 square meters. Similarly, it features two bedrooms, one common toilet and bath, a living and dining area, a kitchen, a 5.50 square meters to 10 square meter balcony, and a service area.
The other two-bedroom units available are in approximate gross floor areas of 72.40 square meters, 79.00 square meters, 56.00 square meters, 61.50 square meters, and 74.25 square meters. Each of the unit features a fire alarm and sprinkler system, a provision for metered utility, a provision for CATV, and a provision for a phone line. For the buildings, each has a deck utility or service area, fire cabinets, landscaped atriums, parking space, provision for CCTV, fire alarm and automatic sprinkler system, fire exit, mailbox area, and passenger elevators. Moreover, all buildings have landscaped atriums, single-loaded corridors, and breezeways.
